What do you need from a pillow manufacturer?
A factory that can sew a pillow is easy to find. A partner that knows which pillow fits which person is not. When you choose a manufacturer for your own pillow line, you are really choosing four things:
- Product knowledge. Who designs the shapes, sizes and covers, and on what basis?
- A way to match pillow and customer. A standard pillow has one height; bodies do not. How does your customer end up with the right one?
- Production and quality. Where is it made, with which materials, and who checks it?
- Packaging and logistics. Can it arrive in your packaging and language, ready to sell?
We think the second point decides whether a pillow line succeeds. That is why our work starts there.
What makes UCI different from other pillow factories?
We invented the custom fit pillow concept, and we still make it ourselves. In 2013 we developed Pillowise together with a physiotherapist: the first pillow with a size, based on three body measurements. Custom fit has been our core expertise ever since.
That means we do not only produce pillows. We bring the method that tells each customer which pillow fits. There are three, each built for a different channel:

What do we produce?
Ergonomic and custom fit pillows in memory foam and adjustable fillings, with washable covers. We work with premium European memory foam with an open cell structure and with our own Symbio® memory foam, which responds to body warmth and pressure, and with OEKO-TEX® certified materials.
Our own brands show what that looks like in practice: Pillowise, YOUP, Yourzzz and ThermoFit, together more than 1,000,000 pillows sold in more than 50 countries.

How does production work?
Everything happens on one site in Zevenbergen, between Rotterdam and Antwerp. Our physiotherapists, product designers and engineers work in the same building as the production team. That keeps the step from prototype to series short.
- Concept. Together we define positioning, channel, price point and fitting method. You receive a proposal with range, packaging direction and a cost indication.
- Design. We design shapes, sizes and covers. You review visuals and material samples.
- Development. Prototypes are fit-tested in our network of more than 5,000 professionals.
- Production. Cut, sewn and packed in our own facility, with full quality control.
- Delivery. White label, in your packaging and language, shipped worldwide.
When are we not the right manufacturer?
If you are looking for the lowest price per standard pillow, there are cheaper factories. We do not compete on bulk polyester pillows. Our strength is a pillow line that fits each customer and that your brand can own: the fitting method, the range and the story behind it.
