Who do we supply?
Most of our sales are business to business. Since 1990 we have supplied department stores, hypermarkets, cash & carries, buying associations, bedding specialists and healthcare professionals. UCI has supplied retailers such as Harrods, John Lewis, Galeries Lafayette, El Corte Inglés, Carrefour, Aldi, Metro/Makro, Costco, La Redoute and Rewe.

Why buy pillows from a manufacturer instead of a trader?
Because the people who design the pillow also answer your questions. Design, development and production happen under one roof in our 4,000 m² facility. Our physiotherapists, product designers and engineers work in the same building as the production team. We work with premium European memory foam, our own Symbio® memory foam and OEKO-TEX® certified materials.
When you call or e-mail, you speak directly with our decision-makers, and you receive a first proposal within two working days.
What should you check with any pillow supplier?
- Materials. Which foam or filling, and which certification? Ask for the certificate, not just the logo.
- Covers. Are they removable and washable? A pillow is used every night.
- Fit. Does the range help customers choose the right height, or does it leave them guessing? A standard pillow has one height; bodies do not.
- Packaging and language. Can the supplier deliver in your packaging and in the languages of your markets?
- Who you talk to. A manufacturer can change the product. A trader can only change the order.
When are we not the right supplier?
If you only compare on the lowest price per pillow, there are cheaper sources. We do not compete on bulk polyester pillows. We are the right partner when quality, fit and a product your customers come back for matter more than the last cent.
