Professional fitting

A trained professional takes three body measurements and determines the exact pillow size on the spot. Includes the size range, fitting tools, training and point-of-sale materials. The concept behind Pillowise, recommended by more than 10,000 professionals.

Mobile scan

For e-commerce, apps and omnichannel retail.

Your customer scans shoulders, neck and head with a smartphone in 30 seconds, no app required. PillowScan™ converts the scan into a personal pillow code, integrated in your webshop or store. The concept behind YOUP.

Adjustable at home

For online and mass retail.

One adjustable pillow that fits everyone. A short online test based on height, weight, sleeping position and mattress firmness tells the customer exactly how much filling to remove. Easy to stock, easy to sell. The concept behind Yourzzz.

How we work,
from A to Z

One partner for the whole journey. This is what working with UCI looks like:

  1. Concept. Together we define positioning, channel, price point and fitting method. You receive a concept proposal with pillow range, packaging direction and a cost indication.
  2. Design. Our physiotherapists and product designers design the pillow shapes, sizes and covers. You review visuals and material samples.
  3. Development. We build prototypes, fit-test them in our professional network and finalise the measuring method or PillowScan™ integration for your channel.
  4. Production. Your range is cut, sewn and packed in our own 4,000 m² facility in Zevenbergen, with OEKO-TEX® certified materials and full quality control.
  5. Delivery and beyond. White label, in your packaging and language, shipped worldwide from Zevenbergen. After launch we keep improving the concept together with you.
